Mark is the the Best guy i worked with for my Mortgage. The first time i spoke to him he said that he was going to give me the best price in the market, and as usual i didn't believe him at first, but he gave me the Best that is there out there. When i say Best, i mean it! I went trough a lot of Banks and Mortgage companies, and compared them side by side, and no one came close to what Mark had to offer.

He was very accommodating, and answered all the question and concerns. once i called him by accident, and he called me back to make sure everything is ok, and to see if i have any questions.

He was so confident at this rates that he locked me in for 90 days, as in our situation we had to wait for 90 days to close. My point is that, he went above and beyond to make sure i not only get the best price, but make sure it stays that way for my Closing. I closed on our First House on 10/08/2010, and i had the same rate that was first promised.

In short, Mark is excellent in what he dose, and he make sure you get the best Rate in the market. Very Friendly and supportive and committed to get you the Best.
